The group’s incredible journey of 50 years (2010-1960) began with Mr. Paras Ram Somani registering himself as a member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange in the year 1960. As Technology advanced and brought radical changes in the way Indian Capital Market operated and National Stock Exchange (NSE) was launched to bring Indian Stock Market trading system on par with International Standards, Mr. Paras Ram Somani spearheaded the group’s initiative with a rational to acquire the membership of NSE and provide the benefit of trading in NSE to its customer’s by taking over the management of Eureka from its existing promoters in the year 1997. Since then the flagship Company of the group Eureka grew exponentially and went on to achieve several milestones.
